Christy Clark a well-known radio personality brings in industry experts to discuss topical issues of the day. Dana J. Smithers of PRES Staging Resource Centre and Sun On My Back Redesigns a real estate staging expert, was quick to reply to Christy’s first question of, ” So what is a seller to do in this buyer’s market to make a sale of their home?” – STAGE IT! Happy New Year!

Dana J. Smithers kicked off the new year with an appearance on Breakfast TV – City TV on Monday, January 5th, 2009! Dana was featured on 2 segments: 5 Top Tips for Home Staging and 5 Top Tips for Home Redesigns (one day home makeovers using your things and not spending a dime!).
