One of my 2011 goals was to create and launch my new certificate PRES® home staging home study program, which I did accomplish. Part of that 'dream' is to reach 1000s of people (mostly women) around the world. I know this is just the start as I have big plans for what lays ahead.

So in knowing that there are going to be lots of changes ahead, it made sense for me to focus on setting goals and sharing a few ways for you to approach your goal setting. You can decide which way(s) work best for you.

Are You Ready to Make Changes in 2012? Create Your Vision For 2012 and 90 Day Goals To Keep You Focused

Most successful people create daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and sometimes 5 year goals. By visualizing and writing out your goals you make more of a commitment than if you just voiced them. If you actually share those goals with others, that sets up an even higher vibration for achievement. Some suggested categories for setting your goals are:

*PROFESSIONAL*PERSONAL*FINANCIAL*SPIRITUAL*HEALTH

In this enewsletter I'd like to share how to create your 2012 year goals through a Vision Board and how to set Your 90 Day Goals which can be repeated every 3 months. I believe both of these are manageable and in fact, they can be fun to do.

Creating Your 2012 Vision Board:

Because all smart entrepreneurs 'reuse' articles in their business I'm going to reuse last year's enewsletters about 'How to Create Your Vision Board' using the Western Feng Shui Bagua.

These are the key points in how you go about creating your Vision Board:

	Determine what size and what material your vision board is going to be made of.
	Decide where you want to display it. You want to put it out where you can see it and not hide it away so this may help you decide what it looks like.
	Cut out anything that you would like to feature on your vision board i.e. pictures from magazines, websites, quotes you love, pieces of jewelery, titles of books, post cards, stickers, anything at all that you like that represents something you want to manifest in your life in 2012. (My 2011 had a small stuffed flying pig!)
	If something changes - you want to delete that goal, or add a new one you can either make a new specific goal-oriented vision board, or, just put your new vision in your existing board.
	Look at it daily and see what goals you have manifested. It truly is amazing!!!

Setting Your 90 Day Goals:

When you set specific time-bound goals in a 90 day period you need to be very clear as to what you are going to do, what someone else is going to do for you and when the task/goal is going to be accomplished. You can easily break your 90 Day Goals into 30 Day Goals and revise as needed. Keep the tasks small so they are more manageable for you.

I invite you to create your 2012 the way you would like to see it manifest. Make it fun and get really creative, be a little crazy and wild with your goals this year. Whether you create a Vision Board/Box/Bag and/or your 90 Day Goals take some quiet time to think about what you really do want. Not what someone else wants for you, but what do you really want. I hope 'contributing service' is one of the key intentions you keep in mind.
